Conditions of use of the Followiamo.com website services, and related domains & subdomains. Updated on 20/04/2025
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) serve to govern use and access to our platform and service. They also deal with our subcontracted account managers (referred to as “Services”). Please read the following terms carefully, it is important that they are understood.
The terms have legal value
By using the Services we provide, you agree to be legally bound by the Terms illustrated on our website (including social media and other promotion and distribution channels) and you also accept the Privacy Policy defined on our website.
When we use the words “Followiamo”, “we”, “our” or “us” in this policy, we refer to Ozon International LLP, which is the company that owns the “Followiamo” service and which connects “Account Manager”, or “farms” and “Followiamo” service and provides customers with the services illustrated on Followiamo.com and related social media.
When we talk about “Services” we refer explicitly to the actions undertaken by the “Process” in relation to what is done to help you grow in your social media.
Followiamo reserves the right to modify, add or delete parts of these conditions, after informing those directly involved by e-mail, through this website or other available channels. However, customers are required to check these terms to make sure they are up to date.
The use of any of the services available on Followiamo.com implies acceptance of these terms, which can be consulted at any time on this page.
If the user does not agree with these terms, they must refrain from using our services. If they wish, they may request data deletion via the form in the FAQ section. However, continuing to use the service implies full acceptance of these conditions.
By using our service, you officially become a member of our community and entrust us with the management of your account. A company, organization, or another third party, which we refer to in these Terms, is considered the “Customer”.
Each member of our community is provided with an “Account Manager”, which within and outside these Terms is intended as a third person, a subcontractor who provides Followiamo Services on behalf of the Client.
An Account Manager is automatically authorized to access the Customer’s social media accounts, thus enabling the performance of the Services. This “Account Manager” may be a third-party software managed by us or a company that subcontracts the service for us.
For you, this means:
Your customer details are discreetly accessible both by Followiamo employees and third parties, subcontracted service managers, in order to improve the supplied services.
You agree to allow access to customer data at the time of registration for the use of our services under a “Contract”, which is activated at the time of registration.
This Agreement ratifies our commitment to provide and manage services for the Customer by delegating part of the activity to a subcontracted Account Manager.
The customer must be at least 18 years old. If a person under the age of 18 has provided us with their information, please notify us immediately.
The customer is bound by recurring contract periods. These Terms remain effective throughout the Customer’s billing cycle, or single order, based on the case.
If the customer started a subscription, the Customer has the right to cancel the contract at any time.
The Customer must cancel billing at least 24 to 48 hours before the next billing cycle. Otherwise, they are obliged to pay the upcoming billing month due to insufficient notice for suspension.
Deleting your social account or changing login credentials does not cancel the subscription or entitle you to a refund. Cancellations must be made directly through the user area on Followiamo.com.
Payments and Subscriptions
Payments may be made through subscriptions or one-time purchases, depending on the chosen package. Charges are deducted automatically, and you accept this upon signing up.
If a fraudulent dispute is opened, your account will be terminated immediately. We will verify the claim, and if found invalid, we will invoice the unpaid period and pursue legal compensation for damages.
Example for Subscription Policy:
Case 1: Cancellation on January 31st → Customer is billed for February and no future billing occurs.
Case 2: Cancellation before January 30th → No billing for February. Service ends January 31st.
If your purchase is one-time only, this does not apply.
Service Delivery
You must provide accurate social media account information. If it is wrong/missing/unclear, and the service is delivered incorrectly, we are not responsible.
In case of correction, if the order has not yet started, we may update the delivery. If it has started, we cannot resend or refund.
Delivery times vary depending on product type, queue, and availability. After placing an order, the customer agrees to wait up to 90 days before requesting a refund.
Quality labels like “real,” “no drop,” or “high quality” indicate our service level but do not guarantee human interaction or that followers have only one account.
Once delivery starts, it cannot be paused or canceled. If not started within 24h, please contact support via the “Contact Us” page.
Refund Policy
Refunds are reviewed case-by-case. Once payment is made and the order is sent to our system, refunds are not possible unless a system error occurred and delivery hasn’t started.
If incorrect information is provided and the order is delivered to the wrong account, no refunds will be issued. A one-time correction may be considered, subject to order status and service type.
Complaints about service quality will not result in refunds. Instead, a replacement or upgrade may be offered at our discretion.
Cancellation Policy
Once a service is purchased and the order is processed, it cannot be interrupted. Users must wait up to 90 days before opening a dispute about delays, as many external factors can affect delivery.
We strongly recommend testing services with small orders before committing to large quantities.
Liability Limitations
Services offered through Account Managers on behalf of Followiamo will not be liable for damages to users.
Followiamo.com acts solely as a broker between the customer and external providers (farms). We cannot verify or moderate every profile delivered and are not responsible for content or account actions.
You are responsible for ensuring our services comply with the social platform’s terms. Using them knowingly in violation of those terms is your responsibility.
We are not liable for account suspension, post deletions, or other actions by Instagram, Facebook, Spotify, etc.
Force Majeure
Delays, suspensions, or cancellations caused by unforeseen events such as natural disasters, war, or infrastructure failures are not our responsibility. Both parties agree not to hold each other liable under these circumstances.
Service Modifications
Followiamo reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue services (or parts thereof) at any time, without prior notice.
Purchasing our services implies full acceptance of all the above terms.
Followiamo is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, or any of their partners. Our growth services are purely promotional and advertising-oriented.
Warranty
Each product includes a limited-time warranty (e.g., 7, 14, 30 days) depending on the description.
We are not responsible for service drops after the warranty period or due to platform rule changes. Real services or 30-day refill options are more stable and are highly recommended.
Agreement & Final Terms
These Terms (including any referenced terms in our Privacy Policy) represent the full agreement between you, us, and third-party providers.
They supersede all prior verbal or written agreements.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed solely by UK law and jurisdiction.
